SCSI Errors tran_err using Seagate LTO Drives

Hello,

Writing on DLT Tapes is good, but if we use our new LTO-Tapes we get SCSI-Errors:

6 bytes. Verify the device configuration. Tape positioning by record is disabled.


Hardware:

SUN 220 w. Emulex fc HBA , Brocade Switch, StorageTek 3250 FC-SCSI Bridge with 2 SCSI-Channels each has 1 DLT and 1 Seagate LTO (Firmware 1400). On SCSi-Channel manages the robotic of out STK L700.

Software:
Lgto 6.02 on Solaris 7
