Scrolling text box

I have created some text boxes in flash which pull in a external text file. The problem is this:
It doesn't scroll through the entire text file. It only displays a few lines of the file.

and goto civil on the menu at the top. Its in the civil commercial box. It only shows two jobs and there are about six in the text file.

Any ideas how I can get it scrolling properly?
I am new to flash and this is my first flash website so be gentle!

The scroll pane will only scroll to the size of the text box no matter how much text is added to it... you make your text box bigger...

I see 4 items in that text box and it appears to be working (scrolling) correctly. Did you fix it already?

Would you be using an "&" in your text?

Superb opportunity with major contractor very well respected fopr their training amd employee development programmes, pacakge includes Final Salary Pension, health care & <- HERE?

If so, you can't... Use %26 (...health care %26 and whatever...) in your text, rather than the actual "&" character, which is reserved in Flash, and indicates the start of a new variable...
