scrollbar switching sides

does anyone know how to do this? I know yo can swith the sides of the scrollbarr with CSS

I know it's easy to change colors of a scrollbar with CSS to match your site, but I've never seen it switched sides either. An interesting idea....

Personally I don't think the idea is interesting at all. I'd find it very annoying to suddenly have to deal with a scrollbar on the opposite side from where I expect it to be. Do you REALLY want to do this?

ok, first off no I don't want to do it but I saw it and wanted to know how. I found out how to:::
add direction:rtl; rigth in there with the other scrollbar attributes.
