Scrollbar NOT always visible???

Hi all I am working on a flash page and I am using the window pane componant. but I have one problem wen I run my movie in a browser the scollbar is not always visible. it comes up like 75% of the time and the other 25% it just shows a white space and no controls for it. it than comes up if I refresh but what am I sopposed to tell my users, it would sound lame to ask them to refresh everytime. does anyone have any idea why this does this or how I can fix this??

Sounds like a timing thing... do you have a preloader in place?

hey do u know any way I can set preloaders within a movie coz my stuff loads external .swf files I tried using the progress bar component but with no luck could someone help me?????

the data loads from xml files and sometimes for no reason it doesnt give the scrollbars please help !!!!
