Scroll wheel not working

Does somebody know if it's possible to let het scroll wheel work in a code window? or is it my mouse(driver) which is not responding when I try to use the wheel to scroll?

I think I have the same problem, when using the scroll wheel on the mouse my records scroll instead of the window. I researched this on Microsoft and found that this is a known problem. No resolution!
