scripting virtual directory security

Hi all,

I have automated an installation of an application which as part of the installation creates a Virtual directory within IIS, everything works OK. The problem is that the application creates the Virtual directory with basic Authentication as default. I want to be able to run a script or change the settings on the virtual directory to enable Intergrated authentication only without using the IIS management console.
Using IIS6 and W2k3.

Finally worked it out using ADSUTIL.VBS

adsutil.vbs set w3svc/1/root/virdir/AuthFlags 4 -->Integrated Windows Authentication
