scripting mailbox and user creation

Has anyone seen a good script for creating large numbers of user and exchange accounts. I am using csvde to import users into active directory, but this does not create an exchange account.

Do you have any idea on the attribute that controls the password? I've been fighting with CSVDE for about a week and my ADS keeps screaming at me about the password. I haven't been able to find anything that lets me know what attribute to use to define it. thanks -viper
