Hello All,

I have encountered a scripting in Peachtree 2004 and Windows 2000. I get this message:

Internet Explorer Script Error
Line 52
Char 9
Error Object variable or with block variable not set
Code 0

I have followed the instructions on Peachtree's knowledge base to remove and reinstall IE v. 6 and repair Peachtree installation. No joy. Has anyone else seen this? Has anyone else solved this?

Thanks,

-Stephen

I have just upgraded to Peachtree Complete Accounting 2004 and have the same problem. Did you ever find a solution?

Where does the error pop up? Also, try going to Tools, Internet Options in Internet Explorer. Go to the Advanced tab, uncheck the option to disable script debugging.

If this is all it is, I'd be pissed at peachtree support for reloading the browser, but it could be a much deeper problem.

Called Peachtree about this problem and they suggested to delete the PTToday folder from the Peachtree directory (c:\peachw\pttoday in my case) and run the repair from the install cd. Ran perfectly after that.
