scripted backkup of outlook express message to Win2000 server

We have Win2000 server and 10 xp pro workstation, each workstation run outlook express. I tried to setup backup schedule to backup email of outlook express (the message directory) to do the job weekly, but it is no doing the job, the schedule log said the job completed but it used last than 1 min., and found nothing backup. Any suggestion or solutions? Thanks!

I used backup software by win xp and setup a schedule to backup every Monday to a network drive using normal backup with overwrite(than append), it is setup to use adminstrator password. There is no error and the result code is 0x80. The schedule task details are below.

I found the backup.bks found but unable to open it.
