script way of converting .doc to .txt or .csv??!

I need a script that can look in a folder, copy all the documents to either a .txt or .csv format leaving 2 files foe each:

i.e:
to begin u have:

c:\docs\document.doc

and after the script u have
c:\docs\document.doc
and
c:\docs\document.csv

Any clues!!
 
cant believe i asked that... brain wasnt working - do apologise!

What i meant is i need the same result (2 files), but i need the text file thats created to be of a clean format. if you just copy the file its garbled code. needs to be opened/saved with msword - but individually that will take forever (loads of files)....
