Hello all,
I have a Windows 2000 Server and Win98 workstations.
I would like to use a single windows batch file for all users. I am currently using Kixstart for logon scripts. The Kixstart does allow me to use one script file, but I would rather fix the problem instead of continuing to use this "work-around". More directly I would like to be able to use a combination of simple DOS batch files and Windows 2000 Active Directory.
Currently when I create a script everything works fine, except the %Wildcard% variables. Would anybody know why this is? Are there any common causes for the variables not to work or are they not compatible with WIN98?
Any and all help is very much appreciated. Thank you.
