Script to automatically configure outlook

Hi everyone;
When i create a new account for a user in the domain and he logs onto a computer for the first time, i want outlook to be cofigured automatically. I want it to recognize the user that is logging in and look for the server on which he is located and open up his mailbox. I can do all this manually by cofiguring the users email account but instead of doing this for every user, i just want to be able to run a script that will do the whole process for me. Help would be appreciated.

Or I would like to it to select the fact that i want a configure a microsoft exchange server account, enter a server name and all the user has to do is enter their userid and it click finish.

The only way i know of to do this is to create an MST from the office tool kit and install office with the MST. In that MST you will be able to set the exchange server information and that will map their accounts for them.
