Script or Tool to create a share and set permission on a folder

I have to create 85 Distribution Points in remote locations. Does anyone have a method of creating the shares and setting the permissions in a batch or script routine?

I'm just not thinking this is going to happen as all the db entries,and the site control entries that would have to be done.... I suppose itspossible but it would take you longer than the actual dp setups would through the admin console
