Try accessing scripts from CCMA on different PC's first. If they are not accessible from any of the PC's (make sure you try from the server itself), then schedule a reboot of the CCMA server. If you still cannot see scripts after a reboot, then open a trouble ticket with your vendor.
Are you saying that the scripts have disappeared from the system and are not working, or that they are still functional but you cant find them? If they are still functional can you run historical reports on them?

The weird thin gis that all the scripts were there, calls were flowing to the CDN's and skillsets but the Appliations were invisible everywhere. Since the reboot everything is normal.....
Web Client and CCMA get confused at times. Often you'll notice real time displays or partitions do not update properly. It is frustrating to try and debug these issues. A reboot will normally clear things up.
