Hello all, I'm trying to get a screensaver to work on a 9608G. I've made the entries in the 46xxsettings.txt file, sized the image as recommended, saved as a jpeg, and moved it to the same folder as the 46xxsettings.txt file, but it still won't activate. We're running CM5.2.1 so the 9608G's are aliased as 9640's. Would that make a difference or not? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks In Advance.

So what did you change to get it working on the 9641??
There is also the 96xx settings doc that sometimes the 46xx tells phones to point at duplicate the settings in there.
This does sound size related or indeed colour
hang on max size is 160x160

I changed the size of the image. I also created another image at a smaller size and that worked but was distorted. I'd like to do one for the 9641's and another for the 9608's. Been trying to point the 08's at the new image with no success.

well its sounds like resolution and size to me you need to get a quality image on your 9608`s as the lan admin guide actuallt qoutes 9610`s
