My clients do not login to their PCs (Win9x), they use the Windows 2000/Citrix login prompt to start their session. Can I configure a screen saver for these users "driven" by the server or does the screensaver have to be client-side?

firstly I really cant think of any reason why you would want to tie up server resources to run screen savers.

When I configure any type of server the last ting I would choose to install would be a screen saver, but to have a Citrix server running twenty or more screensavers?

You would run high-math apps locally, sounds like a smart idea for a screen saver.
pritch.

True, but my clients do not login to Win95 so their screensaver would not password protect their desktop from unwanted attention...the only alternatives are :
1. server screensaver or (just a blank screen but a little bizarre or)...
2. logoff every time they leave their desk (much disliked)...

I can't think of any other options.

We would like to do something similiar. We have many users running from a Wyse terminal and I would like to at least "blank" the screen, but preferably password protect it shortly after no input. Any thoughts?
