Screen Saver Password Protection ???

I need to know if there's a way to protect my pc after office hours. I have these daily automated process that runs overnight using Task Scheduler. They are production reports created from MS Access and emailed automatically by MS Outlook. I tried using Screen Saver password but it interfere's with my Task Scheduler process. Is their a way around this? Any suggestions?
