Hello I see some old posts but nothing current.

Trying to upload our company logo for the screen saver.

We are at rel. 7 with redundant aads with a cluster ip.

I have uploaded the settings file with the screen saver option enabled as well as our custom jpg file threw the aads web page upload.

The timer has changed but its still displaying the Avaya logo...

Except one phone... out of 300. I have rebooted my test phone and I saw it download the jpg file but still defaults to Avaya.

Figured it out sort of....

we have redundant AADS with a cluster ip. when uploading the settings and image file it was only going to the first server in the cluster. I manually uploaded to the second and now it works on every phone. Need to investigate if the files are supposed to sync to both servers which I think they should.

Next question and I cant find anything on this on our 96xx sets the screen eventually goes black like a power saver mode, is there anyway to extend this timer or even turn it off?

Files do not sync between AADS servers when specifically using the Utility Server Function.

Check your 46xxsettings.txt file BAKLIGHTOFF setting.
