howdy hey y'all

ok. im stuck. why in the hell is there a bleeding dotted line around some of my rollovers? and how should i go about making sure that my layout appears appropriately sized for smaller monitors? as it stands, my splash page has both vert and horizontal scroll bars. i would really like to get rid of them. i designed on a 17 inch and thought i had centred it well. my background is a stretch gif. is that what's causing my problem? will it work if i tile?
thanx much for our help,
lithium

By stretching a gif across the screen means that your browser will always try and give access to the edges of your image. Thus causing your site to have scroll bars.

And yes, using it as a background instead will solve that problem since browsers pay no attention to bacground images when it comes to adding scroll bars.
Andre Vandal
dezign@canada.com
<a href= Dezign's Sites
A bit of eveything Celestial
