Screen Output "Send to" grayed out

Dynamics GP 10.00(32-bit)
Windows 7 64-bit
Microsoft Office 2010 32-bit
Adobe Acrobat 9.0 32-bit

When printing a report to screen within Dynamics GP, the "send to" button is grayed out and unavailable.
Anyone have any ideas why?

I have the exact same situation at one of my customers. Have you found a solution yet? Are you using the trial version of Acrobat Writer?

This could be why it is grayed out...

Send To
Allows you to mail a report if a mail system is enabled for your computer.

If your e-mail software supports MAPI, you can send reports via MAPI to anyone who's currently configured for a MAPI mailbox. You can mail the report as a text attachment. If you have the PDFWriter printer driver installed (included with Acrobat 5 and earlier), or Acrobat Distiller from Acrobat 6 or later, you can also mail the report as a PDF (Portable Document Format) attachment. Information about Adobe Acrobat is available at

Enter the mail address in the dialog box that appears and click OK. The report’s name will appear in the subject line of the mail message. If you chose a text attachment, the report will be sent with a .TXT extension. The user receiving the report can use the application that’s associated with this extension to view the file. If you chose a PDF attachment, the report can be read with Adobe’s Acrobat Reader.
