Using IPO R9,

got T1 direct to extension 769 in incoming call route, customer need a feature when any internal extensions call 769 will redirect outside a mobile number.

Seems extension number >> shortcode....how can i trick IPO to do....

Anyone can help?

Can't be done its all or none.

renumber ext 769 & make it x directory so its true extn number cannot be seen
create a short code 796 to the mobile
route the incomming call rout to the new extn number.

one is forced to ask Why on earth would you want this?

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
