Hi,

I have an Octel 250 and the following error is showing up in the status log:

14 JUN 04 07:10:36AM
*** Integraton Error
>>>INVESTIGATE SYSTEM ENVIRONMENT
00000 24C01300 F9000000 2500186E 24A40100
00010 01001717 17171717 1717EC07 0000608D
00020 01001700

I am trying to decipher the status log error manual from Avaya's website - is a Scramble Code Error or I/O Error something that is urgent to resolve as this will take me some time to figure out. Any info/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
Laura

this is from the config note but it tells me that it has been fixed in rel 3 software what software are you on on the octel side ?

8.14 F9 errors. During the PBX mid nite routine, when Overlay 30
runs, the voice server may log F9 errors (25/28) accompanied by
XMI clock errors. These errors are non service affecting and are
the result of a problem with the PBX clocking mechanism. This
problem has been resolved with Aria 3.0 software.

03.00.09-1 is the version we currently have. Thank you very much for the information - it's a good starting point for me.

it may also be a port problem with the station not logging in to the acd group look to see if all of the ports are logged in that are hooked to the Octel

Everything is logged in except for the MWI ports.

Aria 03.00.09-1 19288 3949 F9-65 status log errors when message waiting command response is to slow.

Description
Description: F9-65 status log errors when message waiting command response is to slow. No user complaints. Patch ignores the slow response to get rid of the errors.
Symptoms:

Considerations: This patch will prevent visibility to valid problems. If a message waiting light never goes off or comes on, then this patch should not be used, call TAC to investigate the problem.

Thank you very much for all the information!!! I really appreciate it!!!!
