i have implement Scopia XT5000 and Scopia XT Desktop Server with SMB Licence.
i have configured all necessary and testing with local Desktop and Mobile client.
when i decide to put the Scopia Over Internet, i have a home router , so i did NAT ports (to the XT5000 and to the XT Desktop Server) correctly and i did put range for the desktop server, the problem that the call doesnt reach the XT5000 from a remote Desktop Client. its mention that there is a call and the timer is running but not ringing and no communication.
anyone can help please bacause its urgent for a customer demo. thank you all

Yes. You must use an FQDN. You cannot use an IP address.

but when i'm using the FQDN, local users (Desktop Client and mobile client) shows me an error

Then you have to configure these DNS entries to match with your internal IP addresses.

Seeing that it's just a demo, you can modify the hosts file on a single internal PC to resolve the fqdn to the ip address of the XT desktop server.
Don't do this for every machine. It's poor methodology.

i use ddns for reaching the desktop server from external, and i do have nat ports on my router by limit the range (10 000 -> 10 100 for RTP/RTCP ports --- 1026 -> 1046 for H.245 / Q.931 ports) , client can open the web interface and its working , they enter their name , then click to participate and its occure an error

when i cann the xt5000 from my mobile device (using another wifi) , i enter the domaine name , and tap done , then its says that i must enter the ID of the conference ? what is the id of the conference because there is no existant conference on my XT5000. is there a default id for the XT5000?

The password that you set in the XT desktop settings in the xt desktop server server. Called conference PIN.

Are you using the iPhone app? Try connecting to just the fqdn without putting your details in. Then it'll ask for the password.

Scopia XT Desktop Server version : 7.7.3

i didnt set the PIN , and the ID of the conference its not the PIN of the conference .

is there is anyone can help me with this erros ? its very urgent and no documentation talks about this . also , on these versions of Desktop Servers (8.3.0 , 8.3.3 ) , where i can define moderator PIN (not the meeting PIN) ?

XT5000 is not Elite MCU. It supports only one conference (ID 1) with one common PIN that can be changed only by admin and no moderator PIN.

Sorry. Don't know about these errors.

i know that the XT5000 is not like Elite MCU and i know that its supports only one conference , but the problem that i didnt try to make 2 conference , the problem is when a remote Desktop or Mobile Client try to reach a conference , its occure an error

Do you have corresponding firewall rules to your NAT entries?

And if you look into your error message... "No meeting with specified ID: 192.168.1.40"

Meeting ID is 1 and not an IP address.

Did you enter the external resolvable FQDN in your SDS config?

for the firewall on my Windows Server , its turned off ,
its not me that i specifie the Meeting ID , its automated that set the meeting ID to 1 , so on internal , the FQDN is not set and the meeting going right, when i set the FQDN , no internal and no external clients can join
