Scopia For IP Office disconnects

I have been working on getting Scopia to work on our in house demo system and have the XT5000 connected and the desktop server shows connected. However when we try to initiate a call from a mobile or PC it disconnects. You can make a call from the XT5000 to a phone but cannot get the mobile or desktop apps to connect. All windows firewall ports have been setup and we are testing on the local network..

I am running IPO with an App server 9.0(5) the XT5000 is 3.02.00.0034 the desktop server is on a Win7 Pro and is version 8.3.100.076. Has anyyone installed this on a similar setup with any success?

1) You need two FQDNs which can be the same- an internal and external eg. voip.yourcompany.com.ca
Your desktop app uses the internal router.

2) Your codec unit (MCU) needs to be upgraded Version 8.3.080. MCU below is talking to a Version 8.3.100.0069 XT Desktop server here.
