There are no real major differences.
Most tasks like backing up and scheduled reboots and cleaning up of temporary files etc can be done by scheduling through cron and/or at jobs.
Solaris uses admintool , SCO uses scosh(I think). Kernel settings are done by editing the /etc/Systems file in Solaris, SCO uses another method.
I know SCO has its own backup tool and Solaris has ufsdump.
When adding new devices(tape drives etc) Solaris is pretty much plug and play(use the
boot -r command) whereas SCO uses the mkdev command.
