Hi,

I'm have installed the SCO OpenServer 5.0.7 to the IBM server x226 Xeon 3.2GHz. The systems is running fine. But if I issue the reboot command, the system will hang with either error message h_init or "G" (hd_config)once it restart. The system is ok once I power off and start again. It is working fine also if I issue the shutdown commnd. Anyone knows what causing this problem. Althought this is minor problem, somehow this is very irritating to the user.

Thank you in advance.

JT

Init 6 no problem. Only reboot got this problem.

Anyway the man page clearly inform you that the haltsys and reboot commands should not be used ...
