Yes, but it is not as straightforward as some think. Often when the question is asked the inquirer wants to be able to somehow toggle back and forth between operating systems like moving back and forth between applications. Practically speaking, only one operating system at a time can be active.
The best way is to use a product like Partition Commander ( or Partition Magic ( Either of these utilities allow you to install multiple OS's on a single computer and choose which one you want to boot at start up.
