Hello All,
I acquired a client who is still on R7.0 however they are having some SCN Issues so I wanted to clarify a few things (Have not touched anything SCN in quite some time)
We have one Main Location with 6 remote locations over the SCN. All of the Remote Locations point back to the Main Location.
Where my confsion is coming in is on the Line Group ID's and the Compression Mode.
We are in the USA and they have all of the Compression Modes selected as G711 ALAW 64k, should this be changed to G711 ULAW 64k?
Main Location SCN Incoming/Outgoing Group ID's out to the Remote Locations:
Remote Loc 1: 0/10
Remote Loc 2: 0/11
Remote Loc 3: 0/12
Remote Loc 4: 0/13
Remote Loc 5: 0/14
Remote Loc 6: 0/15
Remote Location SCN Incoming/Outgoing Group ID's out to the Main Location:
Remote Loc 1: 0/10
Remote Loc 2: 0/20
Remote Loc 3: 0/20
Remote Loc 4: 10/10
Remote Loc 5: 10/10
Remote Loc 6: 0/14
Not really sure why the remote locations have the Incoming/Outgoing Group ID's programmed as such.
Suggestions?
