Hi all,

I'm new to SCN and have a question. I am looking to tie 4 IP office systems together using SCN. We have VCM cards and 4 digit extension numbers with a different leading digit at each location. That part is good. There are a number of employees that work from multiple locations - will it be possible for a user to hot desk his system a extension if he is physically at system b location?

Thanks!

Yes, it is the power of we...

Give the poor users a login code User>Telephony>Supervisor>logincode, do NOT select force login.
Then they can login on any site and receive calls internal or external (DDI) calls

And pay attention to your "911" setup.
Duplicate the user profiles all around, with specific Dial Emergency code for each of them. (so they present the correct address)

Kind regards

Gunnar

We don't do 911 routing here... But it is a rule for any SCN to have all System>Telephony settings and all user restriction tables (if used)to be equal on all systems.

Also pay attention to your VM setup

I regularly come across sites that have not be correctly configured
