I have a customer with 2 sites (A and B), each site has its own PRI line. Ext100 at site A has 2 DIDs. one ICR at Site A and another one with different number at site B.
Ext100 has forwarding ON to his cell.
when he receives a call to his DID at site A (where his phone is registered) it works fine. If someone call the other number at site B, it does not forward the call and go straight to his IPO VM.
Any Idea?
