SCN PRI Forwarding Issue 1

Hi Team,

I have a customer with 2 sites (A and B), each site has its own PRI line. Ext100 at site A has 2 DIDs. one ICR at Site A and another one with different number at site B.
Ext100 has forwarding ON to his cell.

when he receives a call to his DID at site A (where his phone is registered) it works fine. If someone call the other number at site B, it does not forward the call and go straight to his IPO VM.

Any Idea?
 
Run a monitor trace with default options, AND all options on the ISDN tab. Place your 2 test calls and compare. The outgoing call is probably being rejected by the PRI carrier at Site A when the call is coming into the DID at Site B.
 
Actually that's what I did and found a disconnect message being sent from the provider. Star for guessing the answer.
 
Look at the callING number, see if it is valid. Look for the cause code, if it is not just "normal call clearing" you might see why it is being rejected. Usually, you are sending out a number that is not associated with the PRI and the carrier isn't allowing it.
