Hi,
I dial a number in our regional offices over scn,
if the dialed number is busy or unavailable, i wait for 24-25 seconds to leave a message to the voicemail box.
the system default no answer time is 15 seconds, and user settings time is nothing and induvidial coverage time is 10 seconds. all setting default, the user belongs to a group named u.a. for applying dialing shortcodes.
and in hq when i dial a number, if the number is unavailable , in 6 seconds ,leave mail voicemail message starting, hq setting are all default,
default answer time 15
user no answer time nothing
induvidual coverage time 10
when i change the user no answer time to 20
there is nothing changes , leave voicemail box starting again in 6 seconds, i do not understand how can i manage this leave voicemail system.
