SCN Key

Anyone found an answer for thread798-937877? I just spoke with a cust running Succession 3.0 and they say that they get the same thing on some of their sets. Keys that are assigned as SCN keys are ringing when called.

I agree with JohnP's reply, sounds like corruption, never seen it either.

If you have SUPP package, it's possible to have a RCK key that control the ring on/off of any SCR/SCN/MCR/MCN key. Also possible to make a non ringing key to ring with DNDR prompt which says how long a non ringing key flashes before to ring.

Just to be sure, give a print of the TN

Since 25.40B a feature called DNDR (Directory Number Delaeyed Ringing) is available. This enables SCN keys to ring after a specific time. The time can be set on a per set based parameter DNDR in seconds.

Maybe that causes your "problems".
It's no BUG it's a feature.
