I have 2 systems both running 11.0.4 with 6 channels on each. The main system has the calls (via SIP) which ring users within a group. I have 5 users from the second site within that group who can log in/out. Every now and then the users on the second site cannot receive calls from the main group, however they still can dial site to site and direct dial calls to a group based at the second site will still ring. If I remove the SCN's from both sites and re-enter them the SCN's start working again. Any ideas
