We have a weird issue here.
2 locations with IPO 11.0.0.2 b23. Main site is preferred and has centralized VMPro with SCN over VPN between the sites. These have been installed for about 2 years without problems. Recently the router was upgraded to an ASA at the main location. Since then, when a user at remote location checks a hunt group voicemail, the user can listen to the first message and then the mailbox goes silent. The SCN goes out of service and the existing voice calls go into preserved mode. They try to log back into mailbox and it says multiple users are already logged in. The channel that is being used for the mailbox call is then locked up and has to be disconnected manually in system status.
We have rebooted everything, not fixed. We deleted the huntgroup and recreated, not fixed. We used a new huntgroup with the same name, not fixed. We used a new huntgroup with a different name, this is weird part, it worked for 1-2 days then started doing the same thing.
When SCN goes out of service, it is approx 5-10seconds
Any ideas ?
I have the IT guys looking at the ASA as well.

When a new caller leaves a voicemail on the problem hunt group, the SCN goes out on both systems. All incoming calls go through the main site where the VMPro is located.
When retrieving new messages, SCN goes down.
When retrieving old messages, SCN appears to stay up
