Hi all, I am trying to add users from a remote SCN system to my local huntgroup.

SCN is up and seems to be working OK.

I can even click edit on the user list, find the user (on the remote system) then click Append, and they are added to the list.

I then click OK, and then the user from the other site disappears from the list!!

Any idea what i am doing wrong ripping my hair out.

Both systems IPO500V2 9.0.7.0 build 983

Is the group set to ex directory? So the opposite site is not able to see the group and cannot handle these group calls.

An an update, when i log in to the remote system and view the huntgroup on the SCN it shows all the users (1xx from the SCN system where the huntgroup is located, and 2xx on this system).

But when i go back to the first system, again only the local 1xx extensions are there.

Is this a bug or i am doing something bad?!

Sounds like a bug but isn't mentioned in SP8 release notes...

I had the same yesterday with two 9.0 systems in SCN and a 9.1 manager, it fails to add remote users to a group.
With 9.0 manager no problem.
Backward compatiblity? No way! With a 9.1 Manager you can ruin a 5.0 config. Use the 9.1 Manager solely for 9.1 systems and use the 9.0 Manager for older systems.

We're experiencing some odd HG behavior that matched the OP's report. We're running IP500v2's running 9.1.4 and using a 9.1.4 manager to administer the systems.

Any tips?

**EDIT***
Checked recent patch notes and this was addressed in 9.1.6
