Hello guys
I have an IP500v2 with 6 preferred edition licenses.
Then I have another IP500v2 in an SCN and I am using the centralized voicemail option.
when I check resources on the slave IP500v2 I see only 4 channels are available whilst on the main system I have 6.

Is this normal? do I have to purchase additional channels to the slave system to make them qty 6 channels on the remote site?

That is normal the max VM ports in an SCN is 4, if you want or need more you need to use distributed VM.

Howe Many Networking channels do you have licenced in the SCN?
if only the one licence then you only have 4 channels of SCN & this would need to be increased

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

I have 8 SCN licensed channels, but VMpro is limited to 4
