I would like to schedule a task to run on a daily basis. Currently I am running the AT command on a daily basis and this is not good enough. Can someone show me what I should do inorder for this task to run daily without my intervention?

A typical AT command would be:

AT 10:00am /every:m,t,w,th,f net time /set /y

Make sure you have the scheduler service set to automatic so that it is strated on reboot. You could use WinAT.exe, which if memory serves correctly is part of the NT4 Resource Kit, and this gives you a GUI front end to schedule tasks from.
