Scheduling Question

I have a report Scheduled to Run and save to a destination and it returns the following error message, any help would be appreciated.

ERROR MESSAGE: destination file error. CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged:

Do you have unmanaged disk activated in the CMC? Is the file path valid? Do you have write permission in the destination folder? Is there space available? Is there a write-protected file of the same name already there? Is the destination a mapped network drive? (I don't recall if that is a limitation for unmanaged disk in ce9 or 10.)

This is going to a network drive that I can access but for some reason Crystal can't.

The Page Server (or Job Server) service has to be running under an account that has read/write access to that network folder.
