Scheduling Backups on Mitel 5000 HX

Good day. I have a customer who wants to schedule backups on his Mitel 5000 system. I have only done this in class (3 years ago) and it seemed pretty easy. When I attempt to do this I get the following error.

You do not have permission to configure scheduled backups. If desired, contact your system administrator to gain access to the windows task folder.

Any suggestions? I have tried this on a couple of different systems with the same result...

This sounds like a PC-Windows permission issue to me.

The user does not have the rights to schedule events via Windows

You can schedule backups of the Mitel 5000 from the programming tool. You don't need to do this via Windows Task Manager.
What version of software are you running on the PBX?
