Hi,

Our main office extension is set to forward to a another extension and this seems to happen everynight at 8:00 P.M. is there such a thing as scheduling a an extension to forward a specific time? If so, is there a way to disable and enable at will? Thanks!

yes, do you have command line access?

Hi John,

Thanks for responding. Yes, I have command line access.

It´s like you have RTDA class of service on your phone.

First, check your TNB data, check the CLS RTDA, the ARTO (this points to the period of the day it enables the redirection), AHNT and AFD prompts, those two will point to the extension.

To disable it: ECHG your ext and put cls RTDD
To enable it: ECHG your extension

CLS RTDA
ARTO y (from the TNB data u checked, you can also prt the table ld 21 RDR_DATA: CRT0 CRT1 CRT2 and CRT3)
AHNT xxxx (the extension or number to redirect to on busy condition at the ARTO time of day)
AFD xxxx (the extension or number to redirect to on No Answer condition at the ARTO time of day)
