I have a client who is wanting to have a lunch greeting, and his existing night greeting set on timers to play at the appropriate times. The client doesn't use the Auto-Attendant feature during the day. Will the manual night button used during the lunch hour use the system time to play the greeting for lunch, or will it go directly to the after hours greeting? Is it possible to set this scenario up without the customer running the Auto-Attendant throughout the day to trigger the timers? Thanks in advance for assistance on this.
