Scheduled Tasks

I want to be able to set a Scheduled Task in the user's Task Scheduler. Is there a built in way to do this via Wise Install System 9?

Second, in some 3rd party products I can set scheduled tasks for events like 'when internet connection detected'. Is there a way to do this in the standard Task Scheduler? I can't expect people to install the 3rd party software.

Not sure how to schedule tasks for when a 'net connection is detected, but you can install limited tasks via the at.exe command:
