Scheduled task monthly onlogon?

Is there a way to schedule a task to run monthly onlogon?
I know you can schedule it either onlogon or monthly at a certain time, but I am looking to do it monthly when the user logs in.
Any ideas?

I was using the schtasks.exe /create command to create the task from a batch file, but you can only choose Monthly or Onlogon with the /sc switch.
What is a "date test"?
