Our system admin did a DNS and name change on all our servers, including the server that hosts CE and all the Crystal Services and as a result, our Crystal Server was hosed for a few days until I got it back up. I've deleted all the old Crystal Services and Servers and re-created them with the new server name and re-established database connections and DCOM connections to great success, and now all my reports and Analysis cubes run as they should. The only thing that isn't working are scheduled reports. If I select a scheduled report in CMC and select 'Run', it stays in a state of 'Pending' and never concludes. Additionally, reports that are scheduled fail to run and remain in a state of 'Recurring'. There is no evidence that they've run and failed, and there are no failures in the event log.
I'd hate to have to delete and re-add the servers again. Furthermore, I'd hate to have to completely uninstall and reinstall Crystal Enterprise, especially with all the trouble I went through to rename all the servers within CE. What else can I do?
