Scheduled Job Asks for new Tape

Hi, i have a problem.

I Got a schuduled job that runs everyday at night.
Every morning he askes to mount a new tape.
We got a HP Surestore Dat 40 tape drive.
So on the tape goes about 40gb compressed.
The total data on the machine and that must go on tape is 20GB.
If I run a manual Job than there is no problem and eveything goes on the tape.

We use Brightstor ArcServe 11.1 and the server is running win2000 server.

Cab abybody help with this problem?? It's really Frustrating that the scheduled job doesn't work fine.

Compare the total directories, files, and mbs written to tape for both jobs just to make sure they are the same.

I Have solved the problem.
It was a compression problem.
I have solved it like this:

-Stop the job engine.
-Rename the job folder 00000001.qsd to 00000001.qsd.old
-Start the job Engine. The Engine creates a automatically a new folder.
-Create new backup jobs.
-And at last Erase plus the tapes.

This solved my problem.
