Howdy folks, is there a way to schedual file archiving with the windows zip utility found in Windows 2003 server? I would just like to zip up the contents of a directory on a daily basis

If not, what utility would you recommend for scheduled archives?

Thanks

Looks like Winzip has command line features which would allow me to schedual an archive through schedualed tasks. Its only $30, not to bad as a fall back if theres nothing else i can use

You can also get the good old pkware pkzip from pkware.com.

I believe you can archive into CAB files via use of VB-Script.
