Hi everybody,

I'm new to Tek-Tips and kind of new to Project, however I try to make question as clear as possible.

So basically the problem I have is related to a project template we use. To each task a relevant team or person is ordered as a resource.

What I would like to create is a schedule deviation for each resource.
I got as far that I have to use baseline, but I could only visualize the total creep. Is there a way group the delays according to values in a column? ie. in my case according to column teams?

Thank you very much for your help!

I'm not sure I understand completely what you mean. Project calculates Finish Variance (difference between Baseline Finish and Finish) for each task as well as each assignment. If you apply the Task Usage view (which displays tasks and assignments) and add the Finish Variance field to the table (left side) you can view the finish variance at the task level - but also the finish variance for each assignment.

Thank you very much! It was a lot simpler than I though.
