Schedule automatic restart of windows 2003 server 4

Does anybody know how to set up a schedule so that I can re-boot 1 of my 2003 servers ech day or any thirdy party software that can do this
 
I haven't used this on Win2003, but have used on Win2k and WinXP... shutdown.exe - a very simple utility but very effective. I would venture to guess it will work on Win2003... Just run a search on the web and you can find this in many locations.
 
shutdown.exe is built into 2003. Open a command prompt and type "shutdown /?" to get the correct syntax.

Use the Windows Scheduler (control panel) to schedule your automatic shutdown.

The option I would be using with a Win2k3 Terminal Server would be making a scheduled item to call "tsshutdn 1 /reboot /delay:1"

On another Win2k3 box I've got rebooting weekly using the PSShutDn utility from
