SCH8783 Error

I'm trying to out 248 0 00 05 and I'm getting this error
Terminal Number : 248 0 00 05
Error Code: SCH8783
Error Message: The monitored or monitoring set cannot be moved or copied.
Severity: Info.
Can someone tell me what I am missing? What does it mean by monitored or monitoring set?

It sounds like you may have the supervisor set for an ACD queue.
Do you know if its logged in or acquired?

As far as I know this phone was not part of the ACD. I don't see it in Contact Center. How do I tell if this extension is on another phone? The best that I can tell it isn't.

Look at the TN print of the phone for BFTN.
That will be the TN with a BFS key that you will need to NUL.

It is definitely a BFS key somewhere, not ACD.

Thanks that did it. I wasnt sure how to see what other phones the ext was on.
