SCH6224 - Help

Whenever I try to out the TN in LD 11, I get the error message
"SCH6224 - ANOTHER USER IS ALREADY ACCESSING THAT TN"
How do I correct that? I am the only one accessing it.

Tried that and it did not work, it thinks someone else is accessing it at the same time.

you done a WHO? to make sure your the only TTY?

There is another tty active, no one else is on it though. How do I remove that tty

Or if you have a DATA portion programmed on that TN maybe?

I believe the system thinks there are 2 users trying to access the same tn, I just need to bump the other tty port off.

ld 37 to disable the tty BUT, since no one is using it, you may have corruption... your in an opt 11? if your using otm, it's a common problem.. from command it almost never happens... you may need an ini or pdt level to clear that ghost tty

to out a tty, (i don't).. ld 17 chg adan, then the next line out tty x... you will need to disable it 1st (ld 37)

What do you get with the WHO command from the OVL000 prompt??? as suggested above?

If you want to force log off somone else you need the Lev2 password....

Before anything I would dis tty (other tty) and try the out on the set prior to removing adan andd other good suggestions, as it may need the above stated ini and/or out to clear the problem
